We recently completed a "Tear Down and Rebuild" project for a Bucks County Client.

The crowns of the chimneys were neglected for a long period of time, allowing for moisture to work its way into the structure of the chimneys which caused the mortar and bricks integrity to be compromised. There was large voids on of the chimneys where bats were nesting in the chimney which was the cause of the foul order that the homeowner was experiencing.

Simple maintenance to the crown of your chimney can save you thousands of dollars in more extensive repairs.
